This document outlines essential terms, conditions, insurance provisions, fees, and your obligations for that rental period. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, rallying, or off-roading is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting to unauthorized individuals is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding passenger and weight limits, is strictly forbidden. Additionally, using the vehicle outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Liability Limitations
